The page address, battery code, disputed field, primary source route and the date you checked it. Do not send medical information or photographs containing personal information.
What you can report
Use the route for factual corrections, accessibility barriers, privacy questions, broken source links and general questions about the reference. For a record correction, include the exact printed code, manufacturer, disputed field, authoritative source URL and document page or table location. Optional device context can explain the confusion but does not replace product evidence.
How submissions are handled
Maple Web Group reviews enough detail to identify the page and issue, checks factual changes against current primary evidence and updates the checked date only after verification. A correction can be accepted, declined or left unresolved where sources conflict. No response time is promised. Automated, promotional or abusive submissions may be filtered.
